Glad we stayed here, had good 2 days. Staff was pleasant, assisted with everything. Even though beds were quite hard, enjoyed having a microwave oven, central heating, and an iron.

It had very cold bathroom.

Our location was good, in parkland. Had easy check in, we enjoyed it.

The apartment had reasonable prices. Grand and lovely accommodation with views over gardens and parkland, enjoyed it. The stuff was really friendly and very helpful.

I had a perfect stay, with location in lovely surroundings. It had a lovely setting just off the closest shops, pubs and restaurants, Southampton, and many local attractions.

The apartment is grand, beautiful, close enough to the closest shops, Southampton and Portsmouth and the walled garden. Staff is always excellent. It has well-stocked and large room provided with fridge and explore. The venue has beautiful setting in beautiful grounds.

We enjoyed the venue and its particularly good setting.

We were pleasantly surprised by the location and the charm of the mansion. The recently refurbished apartment was clean and well-decorated. The spaciousness of the one-bedroom apartment was a major plus. we had a comfortable stay and would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and charming atmosphere.

Rooms were stocked and warm, the location was peaceful! Check-in was easy.

So nice to return to its new-fashioned room with washing machine, beautiful grounds plus explore. Nice to have an electric kettle, fridges and an oven. Beautiful building, pleasant staff.

The check-in process was easy and hassle-free. The studio suite was well-equipped with a Nespresso machine and had amenities for kids to play. The beautiful grounds added to the overall charm of the property. The bathroom was well-equipped with a shower, hair dryers, and bath sheets. The location of the mansion was wonderful, being only a 15-minute drive to St John.

We had a fantastic stay right next to a variety of restaurants, Portsmouth and convenient local amenities, in a stunning setting.

Lovely peaceful location and dream venue one which I would recommend and stay again in future.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the squeaky bed and the faint sound of music from the room above, they were overshadowed by the overall pleasantness of the experience. The peace and serenity I found at Coldeast Mansion far outweighed any minor inconveniences.

Exceptionally nice location not too far from The Central Parks, we loved it. Staff was very very helpful and pleasant despite our late arrival.

Comfortable bed, had a nice time staying here for 2 nights. Everything was great overall! 😊
